Why is it that a bank can apparently use 'dodgy' paperwork, to support its complaints in courtrooms?

Yes seem its all based on lies and deception  ...I think mortgages are corrupt from the outset ..the provision used as power of attorney clause ..seem to allow the lender to execute documents with or without the borrowers consent or knowledge is an intriguing  chat with the guys from OYM  with Michel O  Bernicia regarding the POA and other  issues relating to the lawfulness or not of Mortgages
